AYOHK LLC operates the AYOHK AutoAssist mobile app. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the app.

Information we collect

We collect your email address and account identifier to create and manage your account. When you request help with a vehicle issue, we process the vehicle details and problem description you enter, along with the diagnosis provided to you. If you choose a photo, the app accesses the photo you select so it can be displayed in the app.

How we use information

We use this information to sign you in, provide the app’s features, respond to your requests, maintain security, and support the app. We do not use your information for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Service providers

We use cloud service providers, including Amazon Web Services, to operate account and app services. They process information on our behalf to provide those services. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and your choices

We keep account and app information for as long as needed to provide the service, handle requests, and meet applicable obligations. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact us at ayohkllc@gmail.com

Security and children

We use reasonable measures to protect information. AYOHK AutoAssist is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us.
